Was lucky enough to get a 2nd opportunity to attend their new dining experience - The Chefs Table.. fabulous night, amazing food and amazing stories, and the company was just brilliant 👌🏻 To see how things are done, little tips which Chef Alan is more than happy to share, and learn about seasonal and sustainable produce - so interesting. The other Chef’s on hand are brilliant with their knowledge and explanation of dishes - this kitchen runs like a well oiled machine. The front of house manager is also on hand to share his knowledge of the paired wines as well as providing impeccable service. Very difficult to pick a favourite course as every one just got better and better!!! The lobster dish may just nudge it!!! We booked Alan & team for a relaxed garden BBQ as part of a baby shower for our daughter, her fiancé and soon to arrive granddaughter. The whole process was completely stress-free from booking, planning, setup and clean up - they took care of it all. The food was amazing - everyone had seconds (and thirds) and commented on how delicious it was. We wanted a “posh” BBQ for our wedding and boy did they deliver. The food was truly exceptional - from the canapés to the mains, to the sides to the deserts. Everything was delicious and well thought-out. The head chef Alan is a hidden gem - incredibly talented and modest to fault! A genuinely lovely guy who I’d have happily chatted to the whole evening - many guests did!! The service too was excellent, Lyndsay was lovely and accommodating at every point and nothing was ever a bother. The staff on the day were simply perfect too - friendly, attentive and classy. Our guests were raving about the food - the accolades too many to mention. I can’t thank the team enough for absolutely nailing such a huge part of our day.
